Works Request Form

You will need to complete and submit the Works Request form to the Body Corporate, along with reading through the Renovation Guide/Checklist before undertaking any works, alterations or additions to your apartment to ensure that your plans comply with building regulations and the Body Corporate rules. Please request this form from the Body Corporate Manager.
