Barbeques (BBQs)

Only gas or electric BBQs may be used on the terrace of your apartment – charcoal and wood BBQs are not permitted. Braziers are also not permitted.

Furniture & Fittings

Please abide by the Design Guidelines for terrace furniture and fittings; this is located on the residents’ website.

Pot Plants

Please place stones on top of loose potting mix to stop soil being caught by the wind and blocking the deck drain.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the common areas or accessory units of the building (but excluding an accessory unit which is a deck or terrace).

General Use

Balconies should not be used for hanging clothes or for general storage – especially bikes; bike parks are located on the second level of the carpark and will be managed by the Body Corporate committee.
