Mains pressure cold water is delivered to each apartment via an individual water meter and isolation valve. Hot water is provided by an insulated mains pressure electric hot water cylinder located in each apartment.
Power is supplied to your apartment via a smart meter and the apartment distribution board.
If you need to access any of your utility meters or isolation valves, please contact the Resident Services Manager who can assist.
Your water meter is accessible via a hatchet within the hallway of your floor.
