Your secure mailbox is located in a room beside the ground floor lobby at 161 Victoria Street.  NZ Post has access to the lobby to deliver your mail.

You have been provided with one mailbox key; the Resident Services Manager can arrange for more keys at your cost if needed.

Oversize postal deliveries and couriered items that do not require a signature will be left in the larger courier mailbox located in the ground floor lobby or with the Resident Services Manager.

Newspaper Delivery

For subscribers to the NZ Herald or other newspapers, newspapers will be delivered directly to your mailbox as per your subscription. Oversized weekend editions may be left in the lobby marked with your apartment number if they do not fit in your mailbox.

Mail Holding & Holiday Notification

If you are planning on going away for an extended period, it is recommended that you put your mail delivery on hold during this time – you can do this via the NZ Post website. It is also recommended that you let the Resident Services Manager know as a courtesy, so they can manage any issues in your absence.
