Design strategy

This section relates to the implementation and delivery of the Victoria Lane Apartments as a Homestar building. Achieving a 7 Homestar design rating issued by NZGBC, this certifies that the environmental design and performance of the building has successfully achieved the proposed star rating.  

Great care has been taken to create a sustainable and attractive development. A variety of environmentally friendly features have been incorporated within the design to reduce the running costs of your apartment and limit the burden on the environment.
