The Body Corporate is made up of all the owners of Victoria Lane Apartments. The Body Corporate will elect a committee and a chairperson at a general meeting.

In the interim period until the completion of the development, a representative of the developer has been appointed by the Body Corporate to act as the Chairperson for the Body Corporate to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day affairs.

The Body Corporate is responsible for a range of management, financial and administrative functions relating to the common property of the development and the shared interests of all owners including:

·       Financial management and determination of levies in line with the Unit Titles Act

·       General maintenance

·       Cleaning and maintenance of shared areas

·       Building warrant of fitness

·       Building and Body Corporate insurance

·       Enforcement of Body Corporate rules

·       Maintaining the register of owners

·       Management of the bike parks

·       Calling of general meetings, recording meeting minutes and distributing them to all owners

·       Ensuring levy contributions are paid by owners
