Victoria Lane Apartment Lockout Procedure:
We are have put in place a lockout procedure in the unfortunate event you lock yourself out - please see attached document for details around the VLA lock out procedure.
Access will be granted using the grand master key which has access to all apartments. Please do advise if you do not wish for your apartment to be accessible via the grand master card, we will be happy to remove this access but please note that you will require your own contingency lockout plan in place.
Apartment Door Privacy Lock:
All apartment doors have a manual privacy lock on the inside, when locked all access cards including grand master will not work. In the unfortunate event that you mistakenly lock this prior to leaving, there is a manual override key that will unlock the privacy lock but please note that you will still need your access card on top of this. Currently each apartment has three manual keys which are located in my office, if you wish to pop down to collect them at some stage and I will be happy to explain further.
Your Residential Service Manager, Alex would be more than happy to hold one key as a back up in the very unfortunate event all keys/access cards are lost.

Vault security will have an up to date list of residents/tenants and will require to see photo ID prior to granting access. There will be a call out fee of $80.00 + GST (per 30 minutes & call out). This will be charged to the Body Corporate, who will on charge to the respective owners.
